Workforce Development Partnerships Lead, IBM Quantum
Bradley Holt leads workforce development partnerships for IBM Quantum where he works with academia, governments, and workforce development leaders to develop quantum education and workforce strategies. Previously, he established IBM Quantum internship programs which directly trained over 400 students at all levels of higher education, many of whom went on to work at IBM Quantum or elsewhere in the field of quantum after graduation. These programs provided industry-leading work, research, and educational opportunities for students building their careers in the field of quantum computing. His background is as an open-source software developer and community builder, including leading developer advocacy at IBM for open-source data and AI.
