While earning her Ph.D. at IIT, Bianca Giaccone conducted research work at Fermilab, working on SRF Nb cavities. She then joined SQMS as part of the Physics and Sensing Thrust, where she works on combining SRF cavities with quantum technology to search for new particles and answer fundamental physics questions.
