Takahiro “Ted” Yoneda

Senior Design Engineer, Kyocera

Takahiro “Ted” Yoneda is a Senior Design Engineer at Kyocera International, Inc., where he supports technical collaborations with the SQMS Center as an industry partner. Kyocera contributes to superconducting quantum applications through its low-loss sapphire materials, which play a key role in improving device performance. Ted provides engineering support for material development related to quantum technologies and has been with Kyocera since April 2012.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Department of System Science, School of Engineering Science at Osaka University, Japan. He also has a Master of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Science and Bioengineering, Graduate School of Engineering Science from Osaka University, Japan.
