Simanraj Sadana is a theoretical physicist in the field of quantum optics and quantum information and computation. Having been an avid computer programmer since school, Simanraj has a natural affinity for avant-garde of quantum algorithms. He is equally inquisitive about the information-theoretic formulation of quantum mechanics (and physics in general). The specific topics he is currently working on are:
- Efficient ways to measure entanglement using classical correlations
- Simulation of physical phenomena on quantum computers (specifically IBM quantum computers and Qiskit currently)
- Deriving quantum mechanics from information theory
- Exploring alternate platforms for quantum computers
