Xuezeng Lu’s research interests include the physics and materials about the multiferroicity, ferroelectricity/antiferroelectricity, persistent spin textures, domain-wall topology and metal alloys. In the SQMS project, he studies the metal/Si surface and interface structures and magnetism and finds sources that would induce the decoherence of the superconducting qubits in the related devices.
